Here's some (hopefully) useful stuff that I've created or collated...
Last year I had major surgery and did some research related to how I, and my health care providers, could help me. (Ha.)
This year I have 'dental issues' so queue more research.
Here are the files I've created along with the links that that provided some of the information used.
There are a couple more printables here, just scroll down the page and right click to save.
Motivational stickers
After the pain management programme I made some stickers that read 'Shoulders Down!' and stuck them on the inside of cupboard doors, the sun visor in the car etc. to remind me through the day to relax my shoulders. Well, I can't find those stickers! But at some point I will make some more... For now here are some 'Be Kind' stickers to help you remember to take care of yourself.

Dental WorkHere's a leaflet that I created with top tips to help make dental visits less nightmarish. It's cobbled together from various sources, listed on the leaflet and from the super helpful comments over at About.com
Here's a link to the dental discussion and a poll. There's also a doc copied and pasted to print from information at the UK Fibromyalgia site and some TMJ exercises produced by my local hospital authority. |

A list of fibromyalgia symptomsFrom the About.com site and information about tender points. I can't recall where I copied this from. A lot of information is spread over a range of sites. We need to be aware that some sites offer information that's biased so that you'll buy their product/service, so always look at more than one source and use your common sense.
